Some services require client/customer input for delivery.  All program files will be provided via our client portal, recipient email or direct download upon purchase within 72 hours of purchase. Client is subject to the terms of their custom license agreement with Floracity LLC. 

Prices for products and Services may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Refunds:
We aim to please and will our best to exceed your expectations. If you're not pleased with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days to choose a follow-up service solution or credit.
