Custom Coaching Description | Our coaching is the process of partnering with and supporting a person in achieving new-business development goals. It involves a series of one-on-one sessions, based on collaboration and partnership, focused on objectives and goals to be achieved and structured in such a way as to enable the client to develop potential, increase level of performance and take action. We will work with you to determine what goals you would like to achieve and, together with your coach, formulate attainable action plans. We will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and keeping you on the right track to achieve your goals. We will do this by using techniques that, through mutual discussion and planning, will assist you in accomplishing your objectives. Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results depend on your willingness to dedicate your time to the program.
Your Custom Coaching Program (“Program”) includes:

Have fun! Investing in yourself is so exciting – at the very least learning will open your world view to even more possibilities.
Be open to research – Your coach is not always going to be an expert in your specific industry but is an expert on product and start up launches. Work together to gather the details you need to feel successful.
Scheduling Appointments: We try to be attentive to our clients. While your coach cannot guarantee the availability of any date or time, your coach will work with you to block a set of date/time options using Google or Acuity Appointments that mutually works within your schedules. These blocks will be protected time from which you will choose your sessions for each phase of the program.
Should you need to reach us between appointments, please contact us by email. We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, we will do our best to reply to you by the next business day. Our coaches will give written notice of any complete unavailability. Any emails to us related to your Program are for quick questions and you will receive brief responses. If you want to discuss something at length with us, we may request that we wait and discuss your question at our next appointment.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, you need to do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time by sending an email to us. Outside of our extenuating circumstances, if you do not contact us at least 24 hours in advance, this will be considered a missed appointment.
Missed Appointment: There can be a rare occasion where you miss your appointment altogether or you forget to let us know at least 24 hours in advance that you need to cancel or reschedule. During the Program, you are only permitted two missed appointments before termination, as a result of not providing your coach with at least 24 hours advance notice of rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. You will not be refunded for any missed appointments.

Late Payments:
All invoices, subscriptions, and payment plans are issued automatically on the schedule agreed to at purchase. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 5 days, a late fee of $50 or 5% of the missed payment amount (whichever is greater) may be applied.
If a payment remains unresolved after 15 days, access to all products, services, or ongoing support will be suspended. The client will be responsible for any additional fees incurred, including but not limited to legal, administrative, and collections costs.
Continued access to digital products or services is contingent upon full and timely payment. No refunds or prorated access will be granted for suspended accounts.
As we work on your goals, the program will be segmented into 3 distinct phases with – at the end of each phase you have the right to choose if you will continue through the remaining phases or pause your coaching. You may have an aha! moment in the first phase or take a pivot after the second phase – either way, your success is our top priority, and we want you to be in charge of your journey. Payment is due in advance of each session upon booking. With the signing of this agreement, payment for the first session will be due in order to confirm your participation.
Payment Authorization and Receipt: Payments accepted by wire transfer, or credit/debit card as preferred without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt.
Timing: We encourage you to be intentional about entering each phase with your coach. We limit phases to no more than one phase per month so that you and your coach can focus on the actions and outcomes of that phase in isolation. However, we ask that no more than 4 weeks lapse between phases such that a total Florâcity Custom Coaching Program remains within a ~6 month period.
Refund Policy: It is our intention for you to be happy with your Program. However, should you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the program phase less any processing fees.
