When I worked a 9-to-5 job, I aspired to an entrepreneurial lifestyle because I wanted freedom over my time.
Talk about, “be careful what you wish for…”

Now that I have control over my time — where I work, who I work with, and how I approach work — my biggest enemy in this new life of independence, can only be me.
As we all build towards our dreams, time is our greatest asset and efficiency is the name of the game. Yes, there will always be external factors like infrastructure, difficult people, and economic conditions that impact our experience, but when you decide to bet on yourself, you take on not only the chance, but the responsibility, to sharpen your self-leadership.
Leading startups and coaching other founders, I’ve witnessed these factors firsthand and am growing a toolkit of responses and behaviors that have helped me and my clients manage. I firmly believe that self-management is the key to success in any entrepreneurial journey.
